At Queen’s Collection, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your item.

   • We will send you instructions on how and where to send your item.

3. Return Shipping:

   • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

   • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

4. Refunds:

   • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

   • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

   • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
